Where is the location of the C5 flasher relay block located?

Trying to locate the flasher relay block on the C5 for I put LED brake lights on and they are flashing to fast because of the load. I broght a flasher block for LEDs that will slow it down but can't find the relay block to change out.

had to lift the top of my dash off on my 2000 c5.not too hard of project

if you mean turn sig. flasher ... behind center dash panel next to center a/c vent where flasher push botton is.
