turn signal fuse keeps blowing

turn signal fuse keeps blowing. The ignition buzzer goes off by itself, usually when the turn signal indictor is engaged. The ignition key lock feels sloppy,loose. Could something be shorting out in the steering column?

I figured it out folks, it was the back up lights. The wire running the reverse lights had chaffed and was shorting out against the ignition shielding.
