Too much right rear tire spin!!!

I see only the right rear spinning, My 1996 C4 Corvette has RPO G44 and G92 and MXO. The differential should be a DANA 36. Is this Corvette equiped with a Posi Trac? The Corvette sat for two years, do I need to change the gear oil to get the Posi Trac to work?
