Tail light problems with my 62

My turn signals stopped working. That caused a strange effect with my tail lights. My brake lights only work when the lever is in the central position. When I move the lever left only the left brake light works, when the lever is in the right position the right brake light works. When I release the brakes in both positions all the lights turn off.

Not sure what is wrong, could it be the turn signal harness? Could it be the Flasher.

I have trie everything I know without replacing anything.

What are your suggestions?
