Strange loud noise coming from air vent towards the windshield

I just bought this car less than a month ago and it started making weird noises. It’s a 2008 c6 that sounds like it’s coming from the vent towards the windshield. Doesn’t sound like it’s coming from the engine but I could be wrong. Only does it when I go over 50mph. Doesn’t do it every time I drive it. if anybody knows what this could be I would really appreciate the help
