Steve Beak Wont start

1975 Corvette, Replaced Carb, for a new one, now it wont start. Put old carb back on to see if new carb was at fault. But it still didn't start. Checked fuel, that is ok. took out a spark plug, very small and yellow spark.Got new plugs, still week spark. Got new HEI module for Distributer Still poor spark.
