runs smooth then runs ruff

1990 corvette sits alot. But last time I had it worked on because of lack of driving they replaced the computer mod, new fuel pump. I replaced the plugs, wires. Every now and then while driving it it would start running ruff again but stop and be fine.I now drive it every week so it just does not sit.. I dont get it today bring it home it started running ruff again. I thought it seem to do it when it was low on gas but I filled it up but still missing.. Car has 47K miles and was given to me from my best friend who passed away. Any thoughts
