Running lights not coming on.

I restored my 1978 Corvette. The headlight switch is new. My running lights won't come on anymore. The brake lights work and the turn signals work but the running lights won't come on. My question is this. If one bulb is burned will it cause all of them not to work?

Found the burn bulb cause.

The running/park lights all run through the fuse box. If one bulb burns out, only that bulb will be effected. The only way all the lights won't work is if the fuse burns out. The key is defining the correct fuse. The fuse box is hard to see and harder to read. But the right fuse for the eight running/park lights in protected but the fuse labeled "Tail Lights"
