Reverse lights don't come on

I have a 2000 C5 I decided to put Led lights around the car including the reverse lights. When I did this only one was working . The next day none worked. I checked the fuse and don't find any blown. I also jumped the switch wire and nothing. I do have a code of 28-TCS 1295 it says brake lamp switch circuit open? If anyone could give me some advice, I would really appreciate it.
