Restarting a 1984 Corvettte sitting 8+ years in a garage in LA

What needs to be done before trying to start, Other than the battery. Does the fuel system need to be flushed. Coolant, brake fluid, filters, etc. Car has about 15,000 miles. It's in my sisters dry gagage in LA.

I realize the tires will have to be replaced. How concerned should I be about brake lines, fuel lines and injectors, coolant hoses? Anything else?
