I'm having a tuff time getting the new starter installed. I don't have a lift and currently only have the front end on stands so room underneith is limited. Which may be part of the problem. However, I can snake the new starter into position around the 2 cooling lines. I've attached the elecrical connections lifted the starter into position and am having a problem getting the starer bolts aligned and started. I've been able to get one in but not the other. I've measured the hole to hole distance and it's the same as the original. For some reason I just can't get them both aligned and with the limited room underneith I'm still fighting with it.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
