Replacing front bumper

I purchased a 1991 vette with some front end damage on the passenger side I have straightened all the bent parts but can't seem to get the bumper to align all across the front end the gap was off now its worse while I didn't straighten anything other than the crossmember in font or radiator where the bumper bolts in any suggestions?
