Reduced engine power on 01 corvette.

Reduced engine power displayed on the computer 01 corvette. Traction control too and was wondering if there is a fuse or relay that could have blown. I had a loose wire on my positive starter side, so I put it on my lift and tightened it. When I lowered and started the car it displayed these codes. I unplugged the battery to tighten the connection and that is all that was done before these codes popped up. I drove it to the lift, and couldn't drive it home. Thanks Jeff
