Rear view mirror and tag lights strobe at the same time

I just bought a 2006 Corvette, the rear view mirror lights and tag lights strobe at the same time. When I first noticed it only did this when the car wasn’t running “just turned off” and the interior lights and exterior lights hadn’t turned off yet. Now it’s doing it when car is running and driving down the rd, looks like a disco in my car. Anyone know where I should start? Any help would be great. Thanks
