Quality Manager Car Inspection after salvage

Purchased a wrecked 1988 corvette; replaced the entire front clip with 1989 parts. I have no title or receipt for the replacement parts and need to get the car inspected. Is there serial numbers on the parts somewhere that will identify where these parts came from? Any suggestions as to how I can get this car inspected?
