On occasion I have to turn the ignition switch twice to get the engine to start. One the first try, it will click without the starter engaging. On the second try it starts right up with ease. Yesterday when starting the car, I got the " click " twice before the starter engaged on the 3rd try. I'm guessing the starter is to blame and sooner or later it will fail. I've researched the Internet to find a proper starter, but have found several model numbers listed the Ac/Delco brand, as well as multiple numbers for other brands which worries me.. Any suggestions... Thank you very much.....
Established in 2008 by Chris Trautman, Corvette Web Central quickly grew into one of the top leading Corvette enthusiast websites globally.
"This website is a passion of mine, just as much as being a Corvette owner," says Chris. He was frustrated trying to find information on the internet about Corvettes which was was not biased or influenced somehow.
He has owned three Corvettes over the last twenty years and does not plan to stop owning one anytime soon.
