possible grounding issue

I have a 2003 Convertible Corvette and all my lights are on. Reduced engine power, service traction control, service abs, power windows and locks do not work. sometimes entire dash stays lighted even after key is removed and turned off. I used to be able to open the drivers door and slam it and then my windows and locks would start working again. It seems like everytime I put the top down or adjust my windows these problems occur. I turn off car then turn on again and codes disappear but windows and locks still not working then after driving a little while all the errors come back on, then no radio reduced power ect. Please help
