Please help identify this missing headlight linkage part

Just purchased a 1990 Vette and was having headlight issues. Finally found that the metal arm shown in the picture is missing. I can't find the arm in any parts book or diagram. Can someone help me identify it and hopefully point me in a direction to find a replacement
