Passenger window won't go up

79 corvette. Passenger side window won't go up. The window was going down very fast. Wife took car know window won't go back up. Was wonder if maybe it got stuck. Motor does click when trying to open and close. Switch seems to be getting power used volt meter 12v each way. Any suggestions?
