Passenger side temp control appears to not work

Just bought a 2002 coupe and noticed that the passenger tempeture control knob doesn’t change the temperature display when you turn the knob up or down. Shouldn’t the temperature display a different temp when you adjust the knob like on the drivers side?

The control modules are notorious for failing. Unfortunately troubleshooting is a hit and miss game with these. If you are selecting different temperatures and the digits are not changing its most likely the problem.
