I am replacing the front end spoiler on a 1996 Corvette. I found a metal bracket all twisted up on the right side behind the center section of the spoiler. On the bracket there is a part number 15878187. I looked up that part and it's for the antenna and the picture doesn't look anything like my part. It has three 3/8 elongated holes on one side and two 5/16 holes on a tab. Can you identify the part and what it's purpose is? Given it was all bent up when I found it I can't say whether it's supposed to be bent or just a flat, L shaped bracket. Thank you
Established in 2008 by Chris Trautman, Corvette Web Central quickly grew into one of the top leading Corvette enthusiast websites globally.
"This website is a passion of mine, just as much as being a Corvette owner," says Chris. He was frustrated trying to find information on the internet about Corvettes which was was not biased or influenced somehow.
He has owned three Corvettes over the last twenty years and does not plan to stop owning one anytime soon.
