P1515

01 corvette ls1. So I was driving doing some shopping and out of nowhere no throttle response and the "reduced power" check engine light came on for code p1518 & 1515. Turned out to be a blown fuse due to a wire for the throttle control rubbed through and grounded on the bracket just behind the left side fuel rail where the harness turns behind it. I repaired the wire, replaced the fuse, cleared the codes and fired it up. Now it idles fine and revs to about 15% throttle before the light comes back on and runs bad. P1515 is back. While running I can clear codes and it runs fine till 15% throttle. No p1518 or blown fuse. Any ideas?
