Same problem
by: Mike

Yes,

I had the same problem. Nothing worked so I used grips with a soft cloth on the door knob and forced it to unlock and it worked.

I then took off the door panel and examined the latch unit. It was getting stuck in the second motion. I worked it a lot and it seems to be easer to open but I don't totally trust it. I think I will replace it - about $120.00 and looks like a real paint to reconnect.

I also had to remove the plastic shield to view the latch.

Any ideas on how to open the doors if the key will not work in the door lock... Possible broken lock?
