oil light in window

My problem isnt with resetting the oil life that shows on the display under the odometer, its the display in the driver window that shows your speed in the glass it has RPM, How fast your going, and gas left. Well i recently changed the oil and my oil light is showing. I have reset my oil life back to 100% and the oil light is still on. Any ideas on why this is?
