Not sure what the original engine size was

I've got a 61 corvette from my grandfather and I'm not sure what the original engine was in this car bc he put in a 325. It says fuel injected on the side of car and I want to put back in the original motor that came in the car. I know I won't find the "original" one but i want to restore it as much as possible.

If your 61 corvette has the fuel injection badge, then if came with the 283 fuel injection motor with the horsepower being up to 290. Good luck trying to find one. Dan
