no turn signals

I just reinstalled the steering column after replacing the steering senor. I have one electrical hook up which I cannot seem to find the other half. Under the steering column there are several electrical connectors. I am unable to find the one that goes into the connector (left of the yellow connector). I do not have turn signals so I am thinking that is what is missing however I traced the wires from the turn signal/cruise control and they are all properly connected. All other wires are accounted for. Any ideas???
