no problem, just a question

I own 2 1986 Corvette convertible pace cars. One has a roll bar and the other does not. In one of them, the trim panel on the passenger side of the dash-facing the passenger is flat where as the other one has the padded panel. One was raffled off at the 1987 Indy 500, the one with the roll bar and flat trim panel.Is there some way to verify why that car is different?
