No power to Windows, Radio, 3 gages not working and all alert lights on dash are on.

I've found 4 posts below with my exact same symptoms, but no solutions were posted to any of them.
Everything happened at once:

Power windows won't move
Radio has no power at all
3 gages are inoperative, but do bounce when the key is turned on (Fuel, Oil and Temp)

All fuses are ok and are separate fuses anyway. WTF? :)
