no dash lights no security light turn key and get nothing

my 84 c4 i get absolutely nothing when key is turned battery is fine i do get lights and center dic lights except radio when i pull the knob and turn lights on. there is power at the staRTER there is none at interupt relay. also there is no horn.
before this problem infound wires to starter melted replaced them car fired right up took for a drive came home shut off checked later started right up let idle for awhile turned off next day started right up let idle fo 15 min or so then it stalled and that was that
