no comms and car wont start

No comms on 2 wheel sensors and getting max speed flash, but now car wont start, put in new fuel filter new alternator,flow was bad and volts were bouncing all over, check engine wont clear no matter what i reset including pcm. Started tues after work turned on stumbled real bad then died, wouldnt start ever since. No comms range from wheel sensors to lights took pcm out got same bad rotten smell from fender area planning on takeing it in for diagnostic still have to check bcm, i was trying to jump start when i noticed check light was flickering, any experiance on this would be much help
