Need wheels

I have a 1989 C4 corvette and I need to replace the Wheels.

First of question will a 17x8 wheel work for both the front and rear wheels the
bolt pattern is 32.8mm with a off-set of 38mm.

I am unable to find OEM wheels, but I have found a aftermarket wheel.

will this size fit my C4.
