Need custom ECM for 84

Recently upgraded my 84 engine. New heads, crank, cam, pistons, Renegade intake, headers, etc. and changed the PROM to a Hypertech stage 2. I don’t think the ECM can handle all of the new power and adjustments needed. Does anyone know a shop near Philly PA that can tune my ‘84 ECM, or somewhere where I can send my ECM? Or any other options? I can provide all of the specs. Thanks in advance!
