Multiple Electrical problems

I have a 2002 6 speed standard with a number of problems I would relate to electrical.

1) Driver door lock will not lock with key fob or manually. It will unlock however.

2) Cruise control cuts out intermittently. I have observed that it does not have to do with touching pedals or bumps on the road. I did notice that when it cuts out, the message center displays "Active Handling".

3)Memory seat works intermittently. I am not too worried about this one, just seems as though it could be related because of other issues.

4) I too had my steering column lock up. Fortunately I was parked and not at highways speeds! Dealer fixed for me.

Any information would be appreciated as my local dealer wants to start with actuators and keep going from there!
