message service traction system

I have had this problem for 2 years with my 2006 corvette, but the message would go away. I notice recently while driving my breaks are sticking, and sometimes stop the car.My engine light comes on with the service traction system. I have had the problem with the breaks sticking 3 other times. The first time was 10 months ago, and the other 2 times was recently.
