memory

my 1998 Corvette convertible is equiped with memory option, according to the maunal the seat settings, outside mirror, temp., mph or kph and radio station should be kept in memory when programmed. What I am experiencing is that only the outside mirrors are retained in memory. What can I do or what do I need to fix this problem?
