Lost fire to plug , now want even turnover

1995 lt1 . Started backing out of garage and it just quit . Doesn't seem to have fire to plugs . Doing some checks , after turning it over a few different times now it want even do that , just clunk . But also , while turning it over sometimes it would just stop with a clunk . Good battery . Sounded like the timing went to crap ?
