Loss of dash power and dash lights blinking on and off.

I have a 1994 Corvette. It will lose dash power and will not crank and turn over. When it does regain power it will start and run fine but the dash lights and speedometer will blink on and off at different times. Also the asr light will come on with the loss of dash power. The speedometer and dash lights will lose power and sometimes the radio and climate control.
