lights going off and on

2005 6speed While driving headlights and all dash lights go off and back on by themselves along with radio and then all warning lights come on momentarily,abs,seatbelts etc. but engine keeps running ok.Got new battery and checked alternator ok.While driving it started slowly doing it but now over a months time ,once it starts its doing it about every 3o seconds.Thank You for any help. Jim
