Intermittent hesitations for a couple miles at a time

2001 coupe. Hesitates almost continuously for a couple miles at a time after good and warm. Then goes away but may come back for another 2 Miles 15 Miles down the road. Worse in 40 degree weather than 70 degree weather. Have cleaned MAF. Didn’t help. Coughs and then goes strong at full throttle
