Interior lights fuse blows when radio is plugged in

All was working perfectly when the dome light wires shorted. Fixed problem. All worked, then I hit a bump on the road and all the radio stopped working. The fuse had blown and I replaced it. Now when courtesy lights come on and the radio is plugged in, the fuse blows. Currently I have the courtesy and dome lights working, but the radio is unplugged. What could be causing this issue between the radio and the courtesy lights?
