Installing doors and setting gaps

I have a 1969 corvette project car and it did not come with doors. I did get doors for it and installed them and would like to reduce the gaps at the front fender area. How do you do this since the fenders are glued to the car? The rear door gaps are good and the front gaps are open on top and closed at the bottom.
