Ingress/Egress

I'm a rickety 71-year-old who still likes to grab hat and go fast. Jut traded in my beloved C5 Coupe for 2019 Grand Am. I love it EXCEPT getting in and out of it. It's a challenge especially after being used to using the 'old man' ledge in the C5. I sure miss it. Anybody have any ideas on how I can enter and exit without having to fall in or out?
