I have no high speed AC / Heater fan control

Horn Works ...new relay and fuse.. 10A.. Modular plug has 4 wires to plug into a 5 prong control switch...what' missing or what should I check or do next to get this to work? Please let me know. Thank you.

The high speed fan has it's own relay. Located under the blower on the passenger side, in the engine compatment....Not real easy to get at, but you'll figure it out. Plugs/clips into an up side down stationary harness. $17 and it's good as new!
