I want to get rid of Run Flats , and go to a civilized 5 wheel Vette with spare and jack in trunk. My idea is , go with 17' painted silver wheels on all four corners with Goodyear Eagle LS-2 245/45R17 tires , a much quieter ,smoother tire with high performance comfort , rated at 130 mph , and load index of 95. Will there be an issue running the 17x8.5 wheel on the rear drive , I've noticed these Speed Lines have different code #'s for different offsets , which code # should I use , I believe it starts with 959.... , how about the ones that are on my front? Maybe I'll pull them off the front and place them on the rear hub to see if they rub the Caliper for starters. Please reply a.s.a.p., I want to get this resolved before snow-fall....
Comments for I and my wife hate EMT Run Flat noise and rough ride....

Established in 2008 by Chris Trautman, Corvette Web Central quickly grew into one of the top leading Corvette enthusiast websites globally.
"This website is a passion of mine, just as much as being a Corvette owner," says Chris. He was frustrated trying to find information on the internet about Corvettes which was was not biased or influenced somehow.
He has owned three Corvettes over the last twenty years and does not plan to stop owning one anytime soon.
