HVAC problem

I have an 09 coupe and the passenger side only blows hot air. The drivers side works fine and has full control. The car has a full a/c charge an the mode doors have been synched with a tech 2 scanner. The issue went away but then returned after a couple of weeks. Pulling the fuses resets it but the problem returns again revert couple of weeks. I read that the mode door actuators can break teeth. Anybody any ideas?
