I am trying to unplug and replace the starter relay. This is for my 1988.
This is on the center panel and also houses the hazard warning flasher that clips right on to the housing. There is not enough room to get your finger in. It looks like the unit should slide right out, but it doesn't. It seems that it is being held in by a plastic nib that the information panel screws into, and also keeps it from rattling. But short of breaking that piece off, I don't know how to get it out.
This is all due to that damn VATS
Established in 2008 by Chris Trautman, Corvette Web Central quickly grew into one of the top leading Corvette enthusiast websites globally.
"This website is a passion of mine, just as much as being a Corvette owner," says Chris. He was frustrated trying to find information on the internet about Corvettes which was was not biased or influenced somehow.
He has owned three Corvettes over the last twenty years and does not plan to stop owning one anytime soon.
