How do you replace a turn signal indicator on a 1986 Corvette?

My turn signals work fine but on the dash, only the left indicator blinks, the right does not so I would guess its the indicator light bulb. Any help on how to get to the bulb to replace it?

I am assuming this is the bulb that would be replaced. That is unless it is the actual turn signal light bulb.
