headlights on 2004

Battery went dead, put it on charger, after a while car started the lights popped up but had no low beams. all other lights around the car worked. The security light was flashing and chime was going off. head lights wouldn't close. Tested battery said it was good but needed to be recharged. Tester said it was rated at 650 cca but measured at 518. put tender on overnight. next day start right up. security light quit flashing and chime stopped. still no low beams. turned on brights and they work. shut off lights they would't shut but if i turned on brights then shut off lights they would close. is it my battery not having enough power??? could both low beams go out at the same time???again 04 C5
