I had a radio installed in my 72 Corvette now the headlights won't light up. What do think happened? Also he ran the hot wire from the radio to a different fuse because the radio fuse kept burning out. And that is also the reason why I replaced the radio, he said the fuse was burning out due to the composites in the radio and amplifier. Needless to say, the fuse kept burning out with new radio. All I know is that he ran the hot wire from the radio to a fuse that is hot when ignition is turn on, thus eliminating fuse problem. In otherwords, he didn't use the radio fuse in the fuse box. Now the headlights don't light up.
Established in 2008 by Chris Trautman, Corvette Web Central quickly grew into one of the top leading Corvette enthusiast websites globally.
"This website is a passion of mine, just as much as being a Corvette owner," says Chris. He was frustrated trying to find information on the internet about Corvettes which was was not biased or influenced somehow.
He has owned three Corvettes over the last twenty years and does not plan to stop owning one anytime soon.
