After changing a headlight bulb, Twilight mode off, rotated headlights / parking lights switch and depressed fog....all worked both front and rear. Second time attempted cycle, DRL (Daytime Running Lamps stayed on, parking (front and rear) nor fog or instrument panel will illuminate....DRL remained on.
with Twilight On...Everything works as advertised.
With Twilight Off...DRL remains all....the manual light switch, fog, nor instrument panel works....
IT IS LIKE THE DRL IS STUCK ON
Per owners manual, page 2-47, Exterior Lights, Daytime Running Lamps, it states: When the DRL is on, only the front turn signal lamps will be on. The headlamps, taillamps, sidemarker and other lamps won't be on, including instrument panel lamps.
Established in 2008 by Chris Trautman, Corvette Web Central quickly grew into one of the top leading Corvette enthusiast websites globally.
"This website is a passion of mine, just as much as being a Corvette owner," says Chris. He was frustrated trying to find information on the internet about Corvettes which was was not biased or influenced somehow.
He has owned three Corvettes over the last twenty years and does not plan to stop owning one anytime soon.
